As of October 6, 2018, this web server is no longer receiving network connections from the cameras.
A WiFi issue is suspected and the Pis are likely locally storing the JPEGs, which will be recovered
in June 2019. The 2018 Anchorage earthquake may have misplaced the bay and point cameras.
Note: partially-white images are not yet fully uploaded due to a temporary drop in cell signal.
These pictures were taken using a Raspberry Pi Zero W with a Logitech 720p webcam, running on solar energy.
Images are archived on the camera's microSD cards, uploaded securely through the cell towers, and archived again on the web server.
Each camera system draws 385mA, takes photos every 15 minutes, and can run without intervention for 38 months.
These cameras were fully designed and implemented by me and then deployed by my parents.
